I confess: I am a Food Network junkie! I try really hard to avoid the food channel because it has the same sort of power that infomercials have over me. I become lost in the wonder of it all. With the Foodtv.com/Food Network combo at hand, I start downloading recipes. "Ooohh, that would be a great one to make for a dinner party" "I think I will invite ______________ to dinner and make that". Completely ridiculous thoughts during tax season--hell, I barely have time to zap-fry a Lean Cuisine right now.
Damn! I just noticed--I didn't push the clock ahead last night and I am running late for...doing taxes. There goes my relaxing morning downloading recipes and drooling insensibly on the couch for another hour with Tyler, Giada, Rachael.....

I used to be addicted to Food Network and Home & Garden but since getting my high-def television I've been in recovery. Their programming in high-def just isn't extensive enough. Now it's HD-Theater and their science and travel programming that captures me.
Good luck with those taxes, Sassy, and have a nice time cooking and baking when you have time. :-)
If I could cook, I might would watch that channel. I heard they got some good lookin' women anyway.
I owe this year...I'll let you pour over my taxes and see what in the hell I've done.. :)
Slick--sure...you probably just flipped a few numbers...I can wave my magic wand over it!
Utenzi--rub it in...always got to bring up that new tv....
I found a new show that I love. I don't know if you would like but I'm going to tell you about it anyway. FLip that Restaraunt. It's so cool. It shows what people go through to open a new eaterie. It's on TLC if you get a chance to watch it. Food Network is like porn for a foodie. It just makes me want to eat. I already have some problems in that dept.
Evercurious--if I get a chance to sit & watch the telly...going to hunt up that show!
